If you took an influx or lost returns on a bore, this is a place to record it — anonymously. There is no such record for geoexchange and water-well work today, and the next crew drilling the same formation has no way to learn from yours. A few taps here start to change that.

This is anonymous. No name, no company, no address, and no typed coordinates. You tap the map so we can tie the event to the geology; the exact point is stored privately and is never shown publicly. Report only what you know — every field but depth and event type is optional.
